Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ in strategic innovation roles
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, AR/VR
- Proven track record scaling tech ventures to $100M+ ARR
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on future tech trends
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Experience with EU AI Act and future regulatory frameworks
