Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough solutions
- Identify emerging tech trends (quantum computing, biotech, decentralized systems) for strategic integration
- Secure $5M+ in innovation grants and partnerships with global research institutions
- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of experimental learning
- Present findings to C-suite and industry stakeholders at global forums
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record launching commercialized future-tech solutions
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Certified in Innovation Management (e.g., PDMA, ICF)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ scalable innovations deployed in enterprise environments
- Fluency in futures methodologies (horizon scanning, scenario planning)
