Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-secure AI solutions
- Identify emerging tech trends and translate them into market-ready products
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D funding through compelling stakeholder presentations
- Establish industry partnerships with quantum computing pioneers
- Mentor junior innovators through our FutureTech Accelerator program
- Report directly to the Chief Innovation Officer on progress and pivots
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ in strategic leadership
- Proven track record launching quantum/AI products
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or equivalent experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals preferred
- Expertise in ethical AI governance frameworks
- Exceptional communication with executive/board stakeholders
- Patent portfolio in emerging technologies
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ innovators
