Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Human-Computer Interaction
- 8+ years in R&D leadership with 3+ years in emerging technologies
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Expertise in neural interfaces, spatial computing, or generative AI
- Proven track record of shipping category-defining products
- Active portfolio of 10+ patents in human-computer interaction
- Experience securing federal innovation grants (DARPA, NSF)
