As a key member of our Future Strategy Division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives to navigate technological disruption, identify paradigm-shifting opportunities, and build scalable innovation frameworks. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, anticipates market shifts 3-5 years ahead, and has a proven track record of turning futuristic concepts into tangible business value.
Responsibilities
- Architect and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 market transformation
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Develop scenarios for industry disruption and build adaptive business models
- Present innovation strategies to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Maintain competitive intelligence through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Drive culture of experimentation with dedicated innovation sprints and incubation programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services with 3+ year lead times
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or Web3 infrastructure
- Certified in Futures Thinking (e.g., from Institute for the Future) or equivalent foresight training
- Experience securing $5M+ innovation budgets and managing P&L for experimental ventures
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption (whitepapers, patents, or keynotes)
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD preferred)
