Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 innovation roadmaps by synthesizing emerging tech trends (quantum, AGI, neurotech) with market signals
- Lead cross-functional FutureSprintā¢ workshops to co-create breakthrough concepts with R&D and product teams
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical tech adoption in regulated industries
- Present strategic foresight reports to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Manage $2M+ innovation portfolio with ROI tracking for 2026 deliverables
- Build ecosystem partnerships with leading research institutions and startups
- Champion human-centric design principles in all futuristic solution development
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or tech consulting
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends (demonstrated publications/citations)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., SIFT, Delphi methods)
