- Produce forward-looking white papers and strategic briefings for executive leadership
- Identify disruptive threats and opportunities in emerging markets
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into actionable innovation pipelines
- Represent the organization at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of trend analysis and scenario planning in tech/finance sectors
- Expertise in systems thinking and complex adaptive systems modeling
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic journals
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM) strongly preferred
- Experience with horizon scanning tools and predictive analytics platforms
