Qualifications

- Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking capabilities
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives across global enterprises
- Deep understanding of future-shaping macroeconomic and geopolitical trends
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) preferred
