Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with executive business objectives.
- Lead the architectural design and development of scalable, secure AI-driven solutions.
- Oversee a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to drive project delivery.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing) to maintain a competitive edge.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering or computer science, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architectural capacity.
- Proven experience in leading technical teams and managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Strong expertise in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Excellent strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate abstract concepts into actionable roadmaps.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical teams and business leadership.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
