Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business growth targets.
- Conduct deep-dive market research and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Biotech) relevant to our 2026 vision.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate high-level vision into actionable product and engineering strategies.
- Identify and mitigate strategic risks associated with long-term technological shifts.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure consistency in vision across all regional offices.
- Measure the success of strategic initiatives and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to the Board of Directors.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting with a focus on future trends.
- Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term roadmaps and delivering on complex strategic initiatives.
- Leadership: Strong ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Tech Savvy: Deep understanding of current and upcoming tech stacks (AI, Cloud, Blockchain) and their potential business applications.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
