- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track ROI through advanced analytics
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation with corporate vision
- Build partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry thought leaders
- Present innovation strategies to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, product innovation, or technology leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Expertise in future-trend analysis (AI, IoT, sustainability tech, or biotech)
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology (MBA preferred)
- Experience managing budgets >$5M for innovation projects
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
