Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the comprehensive 2026 sustainability strategy, aligning with global ESG frameworks and local regulations
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to achieve carbon neutrality targets while optimizing operational efficiency
- Drive circular economy innovation through supplier partnerships and waste reduction programs
- Oversee ESG reporting and compliance for SEC-mandated disclosures and investor communications
- Build and mentor a high-performing sustainability team, fostering data-driven decision culture
- Establish KPIs for 2026 milestones, tracking progress through advanced analytics platforms

Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in sustainability leadership with proven 10-year planning experience
- Expertise in carbon accounting frameworks (GHG Protocol, SBTi) and circular economy principles
- Advanced degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or MBA with sustainability specialization
- Proficiency in ESG reporting tools (e.g., Workiva, Persefoni) and sustainability dashboards
- Experience managing multi-million dollar sustainability budgets with ROI optimization
- Strong stakeholder management skills with C-suite and board-level communication ability
- Professional certification (e.g., GRI, SASB, LEED GA) or equivalent demonstrable expertise
