- Lead ESG reporting frameworks (GRI/SASB) and stakeholder engagement
- Drive renewable energy procurement and green building certifications
- Manage $5M+ sustainability budget and vendor partnerships
- Mentor junior sustainability specialists and foster cross-departmental collaboration
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or MBA with sustainability focus
- 8+ years progressive experience in corporate sustainability leadership
- Expertise in ESG frameworks and carbon accounting standards (ISO 14064)
- Proven success in implementing circular economy and renewable energy projects
- Strong data analytics skills with sustainability metrics visualization
- Experience managing multi-million dollar sustainability budgets
- Certifications in LEED, GRI, or Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
