- Develop and publish annual Technology Horizon Reports forecasting 2026's disruptive innovations
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives identifying emerging tech trends with 3-5 year impact
- Architect proof-of-concept frameworks for next-gen computing paradigms (quantum, neuromorphic, etc.)
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-tech capabilities into 2026 product roadmaps
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and AI deployment
- Represent the company at global tech summits shaping industry standards
- Mentor emerging tech specialists in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with demonstrated impact on 5+ year roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies: Quantum computing, AGI ethics, biocomputing, or sustainable tech
- Published industry foresight work (white papers, patents, or keynote presentations)
- Experience leading cross-functional R&D teams in Fortune 500 or scale-up environments
- Deep understanding of tech policy implications and regulatory landscapes
- Systems thinking with ability to map complex technology ecosystems
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science or related field with focus on future studies
