Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients focused on 2026 market readiness
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with AI, quantum computing, and biotech specialists
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Present strategic briefings to executive boards and investor groups on future tech trends
- Build and manage a global network of academic and industry futurists
- Author thought leadership reports published in top-tier tech publications
- Oversee prototyping labs for emerging tech validation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 consulting or Big Tech experience
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, Quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of executing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with futurism specialization
- Exceptional presentation skills with C-suite experience
- Published author or keynote speaker at major tech conferences
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment methodologies
