Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap across AI, quantum computing, and immersive domains
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with 3+ year development horizons
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global tech incubators
- Translate complex technological trends into actionable business opportunities
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor junior futurists in speculative design methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of delivering solutions with 5+ year development cycles
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or synthetic biology
- Experience with speculative design and scenario planning methodologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused projects with real-world impact
