Responsibilities
- Lead technology horizon scanning and market analysis for 2026-2030 tech adoption curves
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum computing, advanced AI, biotech convergence)
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Build and manage a global network of innovation partners and academic researchers
- Drive commercialization strategies for pre-2026 emerging technologies
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-focused thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record in forecasting and commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business with tech focus
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and board-level stakeholders
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems (startups, academia, VCs)
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
