Responsibilities

- Partner with C-suite to align technological innovation with 5-year business strategy
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies (neurotech, fusion energy, biocomputing)
- Present strategic briefings to investors and industry consortiums
- Build and lead a specialized futurist team of 8-12 technologists
- Drive adoption of regulatory frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in futurist or innovation leadership roles
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership on post-2025 technological paradigms
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting (Singularity University certification preferred)
- Proven track record of scaling from R&D to enterprise-level implementation
- Deep understanding of Web3, AGI ethics, and climate technology convergence
- Exceptional stakeholder management across technical and non-technical domains
