Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive system analysis to identify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design, develop, and implement software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Lead the testing and quality assurance process to ensure system reliability and security compliance.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior analysts and developers within the team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues in a 24/7 operational environment.
- Ensure all government IT projects adhere to federal and state regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Systems Analysis or Software Development within the public sector or a large enterprise environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Java, Python, or C#.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Clearance to work with sensitive government data is required.
