- Drive patent portfolio expansion with 15+ annual innovation filings
- Mentor next-generation talent through our Future Tech Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field with 10+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 breakthrough technologies to market
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or biotech integration
- Executive-level experience with Fortune 500 technology transformation projects
- Published research in Nature or Science journals with 50+ citations
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Exceptional public speaking skills with TED-level presentation experience
