Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to department staff including document processing and filing
- Assist with public inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Maintain accurate departmental records and databases
- Coordinate office operations including scheduling and meeting logistics
- Prepare routine reports and correspondence using standard office software
- Support departmental projects as assigned by supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
