Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support for departmental operations including scheduling, records management, and document processing
- Assist with public inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions with professionalism and cultural sensitivity
- Prepare and maintain official correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Coordinate meetings, events, and logistics for departmental staff and community stakeholders

Qualifications
