- Support public inquiries through phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Prepare reports, presentations, and official communications

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- 0-2 years of administrative or office experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Basic knowledge of public sector operations preferred
- Valid Texas Driver's License may be required
