Responsibilities
- Process and maintain confidential government records with 99% accuracy
- Coordinate agency communications across departments and stakeholders
- Manage scheduling, calendars, and logistics for executive leadership
- Prepare official correspondence, reports, and public-facing documents
- Support grant applications and compliance documentation
- Implement records management protocols per state regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years administrative experience in government or regulated sector
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems
- Clear criminal background check and fingerprinting required
- Knowledge of California public records laws (GOVT Code 6254)
