Responsibilities
- Manage departmental calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Process and maintain confidential records, documents, and correspondence
- Provide exceptional customer service to citizens via phone, email, and in-person inquiries
- Assist with data entry, report preparation, and record-keeping tasks
- Coordinate office logistics, including supplies, equipment, and facility management
- Support departmental initiatives through research, drafting communications, and project coordination
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of administrative support or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license may be required for some duties
