Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Valid Louisiana driver's license (may be required)
- Ability to pass standard background clearance
