Responsibilities
- Manage departmental filing systems and digital records
- Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally
- Process routine permits and applications
- Assist with public inquiries and customer service
- Prepare routine correspondence and documents
- Support departmental meetings and events
- Perform data entry and basic report generation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Strong typing skills (minimum 35 WPM)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
- Valid Texas driver's license (preferred)
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required
