Responsibilities
- Process payroll and financial documentation with precision
- Manage departmental calendars and coordinate high-level meetings
- Prepare official correspondence and reports for state agencies
- Maintain confidential records in compliance with state regulations

- Coordinate logistics for public outreach events
- Utilize state-specific software systems (e.g., NY-STAR, NYSSB)
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Public Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience in government sector
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry systems
- Strong knowledge of NY state HR and procurement policies
- Ability to obtain NYS security clearance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid NYS driver's license (if required for travel)
