Responsibilities
- Manage departmental calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Process financial transactions and maintain accurate budget records
- Prepare official correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain data security protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate office operations including supply inventory and equipment maintenance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with 3+ years administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Valid North Carolina driver's license
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
