Responsibilities
- Manage departmental calendars and coordinate complex meeting logistics
- Process confidential documentation and maintain digital filing systems
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Handle incoming communications and provide exceptional constituent support
- Assist with budget tracking and procurement procedures
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reimbursements
- Support cross-departmental initiatives and special projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

- Texas driver's license required
- Experience with state procurement systems preferred
