Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations including scheduling, correspondence, and record maintenance
- Process payroll and financial transactions with precision and compliance
- Coordinate with state agencies and community partners for program implementation
- Prepare confidential reports, memos, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders
- Assist with onboarding and training of new staff members
- Maintain compliance with state regulations and agency policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years administrative or clerical experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Experience with government or public sector operations a plus
