- Process and maintain veteran benefit documentation with precision and confidentiality
- Provide exceptional customer service to veterans and their families via phone/email
- Manage filing systems and digital records using federal compliance standards
- Coordinate office logistics including scheduling, correspondence, and supplies
- Assist with data entry and verification in federal databases (VA systems)
- Support departmental projects with research and administrative tasks
- Adhere to all federal privacy and security protocols (HIPAA/FERPA)
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required (federal mandate)
- Minimum 2 years administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to pass federal background check and security clearance
- Strong attention to detail with error-free documentation skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with federal records management preferred
