What You Will Do:
- Manage and supervise the daily workflow of the administrative unit, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Prepare and review complex correspondence, reports, and briefing materials for senior leadership.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for high-level federal officials and visiting dignitaries.
- Monitor and manage the office budget, ensuring compliance with federal financial regulations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal staff and external stakeholders regarding administrative inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems in strict accordance with federal standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 1 year of progressively responsible administrative experience in a government or corporate setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to write clearly and concisely.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and federal record-keeping software.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a small team of support staff.
