Responsibilities
- Manage departmental records, databases, and filing systems with precision
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for staff and stakeholders
- Prepare official correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reimbursements
- Provide frontline customer service via phone, email, and in-person
- Support cross-functional teams with scheduling and meeting coordination
- Assist in grant applications and compliance documentation
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
