Responsibilities
- Manage departmental records with HIPAA/GovDocs compliance
- Process vendor invoices and budget allocations weekly
- Coordinate inter-agency communications and meetings
- Prepare official reports for legislative committees
- Implement public records requests under Indiana law
- Train staff on new administrative protocols
- Monitor departmental KPIs using state dashboards
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Public Administration or related field
- 2+ years government or nonprofit administrative experience
- Proficiency in Indiana state procurement systems
- Indiana Notary Public certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Valid Indiana driver's license
