Responsibilities
- Manage official documentation, records, and filing systems with meticulous attention to detail
- Coordinate administrative workflows including scheduling, correspondence, and meeting logistics
- Process financial transactions and maintain budget tracking systems
- Serve as primary point of contact for public inquiries and department communications
- Assist in policy development and procedural documentation
- Utilize city software systems for data management and reporting
- Support special projects and cross-departmental initiatives
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in government or public sector
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with strict deadlines
- Knowledge of Arizona public records and procurement regulations
- Valid Arizona Driver's License
