Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize incoming correspondence, documents, and records with meticulous attention to detail
- Coordinate complex scheduling, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior leadership
- Utilize advanced Microsoft Office Suite to create reports, presentations, and data analyses
- Implement and maintain filing systems compliant with federal record-keeping regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders and external partners
- Assist in budget tracking, procurement processes, and administrative reporting
- Collaborate across departments to support special projects and initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of progressive administrative experience in a federal/government setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong knowledge of federal regulations (FAR, DFARS, and VA policies)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with professional demeanor
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities with strict deadlines
- Experience with federal HR systems (e.g., HRIS, NSPS) preferred
