Responsibilities
- Manage and process veteran benefit applications with 99% accuracy
- Coordinate cross-departmental communications and documentation
- Utilize federal systems (e.g., VAOLS, VBA) for data entry and reporting
- Conduct quality assurance reviews for case files
- Provide exceptional customer service to veterans and stakeholders
- Maintain compliance with federal regulations and security protocols
- Train new staff on administrative procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field
- 2+ years federal or administrative experience
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and federal databases
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- US citizenship required
- Ability to pass federal background investigation
