- Support budget tracking, procurement processes, and compliance documentation
- Facilitate meeting logistics, scheduling, and minute-taking for leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects and initiatives
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Public Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience in government or regulated industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail with records management experience
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
