Responsibilities
- Manage departmental records, databases, and filing systems with strict confidentiality
- Process and distribute official correspondence, reports, and public documents
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and event logistics for department leadership
- Provide frontline citizen support via phone, email, and in-person inquiries
- Assist with budget tracking, procurement requests, and expense reporting
- Prepare routine reports and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Ensure compliance with city policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications
