Responsibilities
- Manage departmental records and documentation systems
- Process weekly payroll timesheets and expense reports
- Coordinate public inquiries and citizen communications
- Prepare monthly performance reports for leadership

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
- 2+ years administrative or clerical experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to obtain required security clearance
