Responsibilities
- Manage departmental calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating logistics for city officials
- Process confidential documents, records, and correspondence with strict adherence to government protocols
- Provide exceptional citizen support via phone, email, and in-person inquiries regarding municipal services
- Prepare accurate reports, memos, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Assist with budget tracking, procurement requests, and vendor management
- Coordinate meetings and events including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up tasks
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience in government or regulated industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance for sensitive information
- Strong attention to detail with proven record of accuracy in documentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- U.S. citizenship and ability to pass background check
