Responsibilities
- Manage digital and physical records with meticulous attention to compliance protocols
- Provide exceptional constituent support via phone, email, and in-person inquiries
- Coordinate departmental scheduling, meetings, and logistical arrangements
- Process financial transactions and procurement documentation with precision
- Prepare official reports and correspondence using advanced MS Office Suite
- Support cross-functional initiatives for public service improvement
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive government information
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience in government or regulated environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to obtain Level 1 County background clearance within 48 hours
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities
- Nevada driver's license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency status required
- Experience with public sector record-keeping systems preferred
