Responsibilities
- Process and maintain financial records with precision and confidentiality
- Coordinate departmental communications and scheduling for leadership team
- Manage document control systems including records retention and digital filing
- Provide constituent support via phone, email, and in-person inquiries
- Assist with budget preparation and expense tracking processes
- Coordinate logistics for public meetings and community events
- Support compliance with municipal regulations and reporting requirements
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience in government/public sector preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems
