Responsibilities
- Process public records requests and maintain confidential documentation
- Coordinate inter-departmental communications and scheduling
- Manage constituent inquiries via phone, email, and in-person channels
- Prepare official reports and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications
