Responsibilities
- Process and maintain confidential case files, immigration records, and operational documentation
- Coordinate logistics for field operations, including equipment distribution and scheduling
- Provide frontline support to officers via phone, email, and in-person inquiries
- Generate and analyze operational reports using federal databases (e.g., TEA, IBIS)
- Manage office inventory and procurement within federal compliance guidelines
- Assist in onboarding new personnel with HR paperwork and training coordination
- Support cross-agency communication with DHS partners and local stakeholders
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate's degree preferred)
- Minimum 2 years administrative or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
- Strong attention to detail with data entry accuracy
- Valid U.S. driver's license and clean driving record
- Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish (required)
- Ability to work rotating shifts and occasional overtime
