Responsibilities
- Process and track veteran benefit applications using federal systems
- Coordinate with regional VA offices to resolve case inquiries
- Prepare correspondence and official documentation in compliance with federal regulations
- Manage scheduling for veteran appointments and outreach events
- Maintain accurate records in VA databases and filing systems
- Assist with special projects related to veteran service improvements
- Provide administrative support to veteran service officers
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with federal databases preferred
- Ability to pass background check
