Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years administrative or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Washington State residency required
- Valid driver's license (if travel required)
- Experience with public sector systems preferred
