Responsibilities
- Process veteran benefits applications and documentation with 99% accuracy
- Manage electronic records using VA VISTA system and maintain HIPAA compliance
- Coordinate patient scheduling and correspondence across 15+ departments
- Prepare executive reports using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Serve as primary liaison for veteran inquiries and triage issues
- Support special projects including community outreach events
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience in healthcare/government
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry systems
- Ability to obtain VA background clearance
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
- Experience with veteran services preferred
- Must be U.S. citizen
