Responsibilities
- Manage departmental correspondence, records, and filing systems
- Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and travel arrangements for leadership
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and budget tracking
- Provide frontline customer service via phone/email/in-person
- Assist with HR tasks including onboarding and documentation
- Maintain digital databases and generate reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional state agencies
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 3+ years administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
